Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge of HS Code of engineering items & aligned with First Schedule, Explanatory Notes, SRO, Etc.
∎ Coordinate among factory technical person, supplier, C&F, audit, and Finance department
∎ Receive requisition from the technical department & approval from management & record database
∎ Guide C&F agent for correct HS Code for capital machinery & spare parts
∎ Handle export of machine trail items & coordinate with factory, C&F agent
∎ Handle replacement of spare parts, machinery & co-ordinate Govt. Office. Example: CCI & E-commerce Ministry
∎ Check PI and shipping documents for the correct HS Code & other shipment terms
∎ Close all provisional assessment files of machinery & co-ordinate with internal & external departments
∎ Proceed payment of engineering items/Services in locally or by banking channel
