Job Context:
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd. is a brand initiated under the banner of `Nice Roks` India. Within a very short time of its manufacture, kyros has insistently become famous in Bangladesh and India.
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Executive / Sr. Executive – Commercial who is passionate about the SCM sector and footwear industry. He will be working closely with our SCM team to ensure the monthly Import, Export and monitor day to day activities of his team members.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practically Experienced in commercial export in any manufacturing company.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge in BTB, L/C, collect PRC from Bank, documentation for getting payment in Bank from LC/SC, transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, Payment planning, L/C marking.
∎ Candidate should Perform the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams, Co-ordinate with production plant, vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth shipments also ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Stay updated with customs regulations, tariffs and trade agreements ensuring compliance with export requirements.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy, bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, sanctions and embargoes.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions, shipments and customs declarations.
∎ Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Have to make close communication with lien Banks for export/Import documentation & for realization of LC payment.
∎ Prepare and monitor export documentation (Invoice. Packing Certificate of Origin, SAFTA Bank EXP etc.) & Letter of Credit and Sales Contact related banking formalities.
∎ Maintain liaison with Export promotion Bureau Local, Trading House, Shipping Ines
∎ To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issues.
∎ To ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ To manage yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ To check the Bill of Lading (BL) & AWB (Airway Bill).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Tannery/Footwear, Garments.
∎ Commercial ( Import compulsory, Export will get additional advantage) and local Purchase
∎ Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
∎ Hard-working, Versatile, tenacious and people orientated
∎ Result orientated and confident
∎ Must be prepared to work for extended period of time.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of commercial aspects.
∎ Must be good in English writing and speaking.
∎ Should be conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word.
∎ Must have able to work under extreme pressure and work load.
∎ The applicants from Footwear or Garments industry will get extra preference.
Salary: Negotiable
