Job Context:
∎ The applicant must able to join within a short notice period after confirmation.
∎ The Junior Executive / Executive of Impress Fashion Limited is a entry-level position and will responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s commercial related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, Import documents making for a garments factory (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning L/C marking).
∎ Should be well conversant on Documentation of BGMEA, EPB & Customs.
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Communicate with C&F agent for goods arrival news, collect bill of entry & others important documents that have relating with customs & bond, Dhaka, Chittagong port.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder & Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
