Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and timely with proper etiquettes & professional manner.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints or problems; records and forward to the concerned department.
∎ Handle customer's day to day queries & provide required relevant product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.
∎ Handling multiple incoming & outgoing phone calls in a timely manner and transfer/forward the calls to the concerned person/extension.
∎ Prepare daily inbound & outbound calls, queries/complaints & answers report and send the concern department.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/queries records.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor/HOD related to role.
