Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Architecture, Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Interior Designing Detailing of Layout plans, SketchUp, Strong technical knowledge of interior design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Furniture and Interior, Home furniture, Office furniture, Wood Based Industry, Wooden and Metal Furniture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the interior design for all kinds of offices, homes, hospitals, hotels, shops, markets, etc.
∎ Modeling of objects, e.g., furniture, household, etc. optimization/refinement of 3D scans typical work includes: meshing, sculpting, modeling, and texture painting.
∎ Must have knowledge about BOM, BOQ, Bill, and other necessary documents regarding sales and R&D.
∎ Must have capability about the production design of interior & furniture.
∎ Innovative and skilled in new product development.
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the measurement & required data.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis as per design.
∎ Have to do lots of 3D and Rendering. Hence expertise in 3D and Rendering is a MUST.
∎ Outline client design objectives.
∎ Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
∎ Create 3D graphics design & mockup.
∎ Create 3D motion graphics.
∎ Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
∎ Research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
∎ The candidate who is interested in classical interior design will get extra attention.
∎ As per market demand new furniture design and development in 3D and Auto CAD, SolidWorks, and Photoshop.
∎ Studying, researching, and planning various styles of furniture design.
∎ Prepare a Market Survey (Market Value) Report.
∎ Finding ways to improve furniture items already manufactured.
∎ Have a Sound knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these
∎ techniques in product development.
∎ Prepare the design of the Kitchen Cabinet, Wall Cabinet, and Interior Design (for office, home, shop,
∎ market, or project).
∎ Staying informed about design trends and developments.
∎ Discussing designs with clients for custom ordering or with manufacturers.
∎ Preparing detailed final designs & collecting approval from higher authority.
∎ Liaising with craftsmen or production department staff (such as production managers, marketing
∎ staff, and design engineers) about the process of construction or manufacture.
∎ Based on market demand evaluating issues such as pricing and fixing costs, fashion, purchasing,
∎ safety, materials, and manufacturing methods and techniques.
∎ Collect valuable suggestions from concerned higher authorities after the production of all the
∎ new furniture that will be made in view of the market demand and implement it again.
∎ Must be ensuring of operation Plan, Boring Plan, Kit Packet list, Component list, Packet size, etc.
∎ before starting batch production.
∎ Obtain approval from concerned higher authorities before releasing any new product in the market.
∎ Day-to-day coordination among various groups (Production, Sales, etc.).
∎ Must have knowledge of raw materials used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis Data.
∎ Others- as per business requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Appropriate knowledge of raw materials which are used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these
∎ techniques on product development.
∎ Appropriate knowledge of Bill of Materials/BOQ.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Art & Sketch, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Google Sketch Up.
∎ 3D Studio Max with V-Ray Render (optional).
∎ Fast in generating design.
∎ Candidates who have work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product
∎ Design & Development) will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
∎ Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented, and works independently (if required).

∎ Negotiable
