∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): call centre executive, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome Call to New onboarded members & create shop ASAP.
∎ Membership fee Collection from Existing members.
∎ Guide collection team.
∎ Advance collection Increase.
∎ Assist Members regarding posting of advertisements.
∎ Post advertisements on behalf of the users.
∎ Ensure Free vouchers are used on time.
∎ Sell voucher codes to existing clients.
∎ Arrange appointments with clients and Executives.
∎ Send Collector for collection & Provide service.
∎ Collect customer feedback & provide service accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 4 Years in similar roles. Telesales, Aftersales, Contact center (with sales target) experiences are preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills required.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
∎ Basic computer skills, and experience the Google Sheets/MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
