∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ MBS/MBA (Accounting).
∎ The candidate having the course of CA-CC shall get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & maintain cash, cheque & vouchers etc.
∎ Calculate total payments received during a time period.
∎ Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
∎ Bill Voucher Checking & approval from Mgt.
∎ Journal entry
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Party Balance confirmation
∎ Make Sure TDS Payment
∎ Cheques prepare, posting and Disbursement
∎ All types of Fund Transfer, Posting
∎ Cheque leaf reconciliation and reporting
∎ Bank Balance Confirmation
∎ Monthly Intercompany reconciliation
∎ Compile and maintain reports and records.
∎ Any other jobs as may be assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on Accounting & Finance.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, self-directed.
∎ Problem solving capabilities.
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
