Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Direct and oversee building acquisitions, leasing and site locations required to set up super hostel branches.
∎ • To serve as a point of contact for the space owner, govt. regulatory organization and the Management.
∎ • Preparation and submission of application and agreement to the landlord.
∎ • Analyze, prepare and submit the report regarding the prospect of establishing Superhostel in the identified area.
∎ • Frequent travel to different areas/ Cities as needed.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ • Age 22 to 30 years • Both males and females are allowed to apply. • Focus on commission. • Applicants must have good English efficiency. • Applicants must have good knowledge in smart phone • Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure. • Willing to work in a team. • Confident and dynamic personality. • Values: Self -discipline, independent, proactive, hardworking, organized.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ • T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ • Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ • 20k commission will be provided for per building acquisition apart from the main salary.
∎ • Accommodation for single employees if needed.
∎ • Breakfast, snacks and dinner provided by company
∎ • As per company policy.
