Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
∎ Serve current and future customer service requirements by understanding service requirements.
∎ Provides on-site service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Maintain current sales accounts and regularly engage with customer to establish and maintain good relationship.
∎ Prepares cost estimates and quotation timely to meet customers RFQ timelines.
∎ Prepares sales and service reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales and service information and trends.
∎ Contributes to sales and service effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Sales & Service Engineer Qualifications / Skills:
∎ Problem solving
∎ Salesmanship
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Technical understanding of Air Compressor and assemble & servicing spare parts
∎ Verbal communication
∎ Hand-on servicing skills
∎ Requirements analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher/ 1 to 2 years experience in Servicing Air Compressor and spare parts will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
