∎ B. Sc. Eng.(any discipline).
∎ Diploma in Engineering/ Marketing is also acceptable for vast experience candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead and supervise a sales team for assigned areas.
∎ To achieve the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly target.
∎ Dynamic leadership to meet challenges of the team members.
∎ Relations maintain with the existing & create new clients.
∎ Frequent field visits alone or with team members is mandatory.
∎ Preparing quotation, tender, sales analysis and other reports (daily, weekly, monthly) etc.
∎ Control & collect the credit management activities.
∎ Play a vital role to increase the image of products & to enhance company image at any cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience Industrial Screw Air Compressor
∎ If any applicant alongside Air Compressor service related experience added extra advantage.
∎ Communication skills: Excellent leadership and management skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Word.
∎ Excel PowerPoint and internet, providing better customer service by handling complaints, winning attitude & willingness to take challenges.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
