Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend office in time and concentrate on fulltime monitoring of the on-going activities recorded in the CCTV.
∎ After attending office download the activities recorded during the closing period of office & if any unusual, undesired or unacceptable incident is revealed, bring the same to the knowledge of park authority for necessary action.
∎ Every day before leaving the office, check that the CCTV system like camera, cable, monitor, recording system etc. are in proper working condition and all the CC Cameras including monitor & recording system are on.
∎ Monitor the swapping of proximity card very closely & intensively and make sure that there is no malpractice of swapping proximity card of an employee by any others. ln case of any deviation, inform the authority immediately.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality & secrecy of all information recorded through CCTV and control access of any visitor to the control room in order to maintain security and confidentiality of the CCTV operation.
∎ Be trained and equipped with the minimum knowledge of trouble shooting of CCTV system.
∎ During approved leave period handover, the key of CC Camera control room to the person duly assigned in writing by the management.
∎ Always update the contact address & number of the person of the company who supplied and installed the CCTV system to get quick technical support for maintenance and / or restoration of CC camera operation.
∎ Maintain a register for recording the information of breakdown/ disruption/ restoration of CCTV system, if any with signature.
∎ Always take care of proper handling and operation of CCTV & ensure timely maintenance.
∎ ln case of any unusual, unacceptable or undesired occurrence is revealed from the incident recorded during odd time should immediately bring to the notice of park authority. Also maintain a log book for keeping record of different occurrences informed to park authority from time to time.
∎ From the gathered experience contribute & suggest management with ideas & conception how to make the surveillance more effective.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the overall surveillance activities and submit the same to the authority with a copy marked to management of company
∎ Ensure regular cleanliness and tidiness of all the equipment of CCTV system.
∎ Preserve the important incidents as record through CCTV system for certain time.
∎ Any other job given by reporting authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc.
∎ Well trained and good in official correspondence writing.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
