Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and optimize the ROI (Return on Investment) of S&OP activities to ensure that they provide value to the investment made in resources and time.
∎ Achieve a high level of forecast accuracy to improve the effectiveness of inventory management and reduce costs related to excess inventory or stockouts.
∎ Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning, and Production Leveling to reduce and maintain optimum inventory levels.
∎ Develop and monitor S&OP related KPIs and report S&OP results to senior management for review.
∎ Act as liaison among Sales, Finance, Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing for cross-departmental synergy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP uses.
∎ Prior experience as a S&OP planner in the pharma industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Internal & external stake holders.
