∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local sources with the best quality materials at competitive prices according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Communicate with all types of product suppliers/ vendors/ companies.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and onboarding of suppliers after evaluation.
∎ Identify new product prospects through data-driven analysis of the market.
∎ Check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ Ensure the specification, quality, and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ Assist in preparation & verification of purchase deed work orders.
∎ Assist in arranging credit purchases and managing payment and billings.
∎ Assist the Team Leader to run the purchase and procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance, and reporting.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering incoming goods.
