Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and knowledge of other QMS software is a plus.
∎ Experience in ERP system and other data analysis will get advantages.
∎ Strong knowledge of GMPs guideline /GLP/GDP/ regulation / (WHO, UKMHRA, FDA, 21CFR part 11 etc.)·
∎ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish GLP in QC lab activities.
∎ Perform routine analysis of FP, API, RM and PM of commercial product.
∎ Conduct qualification and calibration of QC equipment with documentation and maintaining records.
∎ Carryout daily accuracy check.
∎ Handle all quality control related equipment.
∎ Prepare SOP, STP, EOP and ECP.
∎ Prepare stability protocol and execute work.
∎ Involve in the preparation of working standard, CRS, VS and participate in the management of Column, Reagent and Glassware etc.
∎ Participate in different validation activity like cleaning validation, PV, HVAC and water system qualification.
∎ Routinely analyze water sample and maintain sample retention.
∎ Participate in-house audit program.
∎ Maintaining smooth communication with QA, Engineering and relevant department to support QC operation.
∎ Ensuring proper management of waste disposal, safety equipment/dresses are maintained in accordance with GLP.
