∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to identify quality issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
∎ Review and approve construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material submittals, to verify compliance with project requirements.
∎ Monitor and track quality performance metrics, including defect rates, rework costs, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Prepare comprehensive quality assurance reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance in the real estate sector.
