Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform quality assurance audits of varied complexities and report out findings
∎ Collect and study civil engineering activities to set standards of works and specifications
∎ Specify quality requirements of raw materials to suppliers
∎ Visit project sites track and analyze error trends regarding materials and quality of work
∎ Advise relevant stakeholders to adopt corrective actions as required by quality standards
∎ Act as a catalyst for change and improvement of work quality and quantity of materials as per BOQ
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated skill in QA audits in real estate/construction
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ Coordination and collaboration skills
∎ Self-starter, ability to prioritize
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
