Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure that the production is not hampered due to delay in supply of required materials.
∎ To develop new vendor or supplier directly or indirectly and maintain contact with them for smooth purchase operation.
∎ To maintain update records of purchase products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Visit market to judge accurate market price of materials.
∎ Must acknowledge all kinds of spare parts, accessories, and tools from local market sources

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare/update fruitful procurement strategies & policies, SOP, Modules and manuals to standardize procurement system.
∎ Responsible for Procurement of Mechanical items/ materials (Mechanical Spare parts, Bearing, Belts, Tools, Oil, Lubricant, Hardware & Compressor) from Local markets.
∎ To perform sourcing & procurement activities of different items like MS Pipe, GI Pipe & Fittings, hardware & tools, paint, ETP materials, Pump, Workshop Materials & other facilities services and capital expenditure.
∎ Receive PR from concerned department, collect quotation / offer from Vendor, prepare CS, select vendor, take Management approval, create purchase order, procure items and send procured items to concerned stores/department.
∎ Accountable for sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiation, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items in a competitive price and follow up purchase order time to time.
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationship.
∎ Coordinate with concerned department and Transport for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach at the selected locations.
∎ Prepare & execute procurement plan for uninterrupted availability of the said items.
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order.
∎ Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (ERP) and produce report time to time.
∎ Any other project assign by the supervisor.
∎ Demand calculation & supply planning.
∎ Proper documentation, reporting for future reference.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ Must have computer literacy with good communication skill
∎ Candidates from Electrical /Mechanical will get privileges.
∎ Good knowledge on local sourcing.
