∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Negotiation Skills, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare LC file and provide to commercial section for LC opening.
∎ Check budget variance with every purchase (RM, PM & Chemicals).
∎ Communicate with supplier for shipment.
∎ Develop new and alternate source/supplier.
∎ Collect sample from new and alternative supplier.
∎ Communicate with factory QC team for sample report.
∎ Keep the record for all sample/FOC clearance
∎ Manually issue PO.
∎ Claim to supplier for rejected materials.
∎ Prepare report (weekly/monthly/yearly).
∎ Any other jobs given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
