∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including VRF systems, chillers, and evaporative coolers.
∎ Diagnosing and resolving issues with air handling units (AHUs) and ventilation systems.
∎ Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
∎ Understanding of energy-efficient HVAC practices and systems.
∎ Knowledge of HVAC control systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
∎ Certification in HVAC maintenance or relevant technical training is an advantage.
