Battery industry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, PLC and Automation, Process Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategize on maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical), work instruction and methods
∎ Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment
∎ Create plant preventative maintenance procedures
∎ Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
∎ Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs
∎ Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisors, foremen and technicians
∎ Function as project development member to maintain new equipment
∎ Work with reliability engineers to extend the equipment life cycle
∎ Oversee and control maintenance costs
∎ Schedule and obtain project material and manpower
∎ Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications
∎ Estimate costs on equipment, systems and structures repair or replacement
∎ Maintaining compliance with Company policies and procedures
∎ Prepare report on the plant or machine breakdown
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field for the Senior Executive Position
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field for the Executive Position (preferable)
∎ Should have expertise in PLC and Automation
∎ Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Positive attitude and ability to conduct maintenance team.
