Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed estimate, BOQ and budget (civil, plumbing) as per drawing and requirement of the project
∎ Collect the drawings and related information and solve any problem by discussing with concerned department
∎ Collect utility related documents from logistics department and other departments as appropriate
∎ Conduct market survey to source materials and rate collection
∎ Conduct rate analysis and preparation of schedule
∎ Prepare Master Schedule and relevant presentations for illustration
∎ Visit project and finalize vendors as required
∎ Prepare revise estimate as per project requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ Ability to manage stakeholders
∎ Coordination and collaboration skills
∎ Self-starter, ability to prioritize
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
