Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer to institution and individual clients' queries over phone or over the counter about advertisement rate, space and other relevant issues
∎ Perform key functions like booking advertisement in software, receiving and checking advertisement matter, preparing and sending bills, receiving collections, etc.
∎ Communicate regularly with local Correspondent to collect new advertisement
∎ Identify customers and stakeholders' needs, clarify information, resolve complaints and provide solutions
∎ Ensure internal and external client satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Conform to daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Having relevant working experience in media or customer service-related functions is essential.
∎ 4 years' experience for Senior Executive and 2 years' experience for Executive position is required.
∎ Excellent Bengali speaking ability with typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Must be a good listener with caring, supportive and problem-solving approach.
∎ Ability to influence customers to secure sales.
∎ Proficient in using email, MS Excel and MS Word.
Salary: Negotiable
