∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Documentation, Export Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all export-related documents
∎ Mainly focus on documentation of various buyers
∎ Prepare the original documents according to the buyer requirement for submitting to the bank for collection of export proceeds
∎ Should have sound knowledge in all commercial activities related to import & Export
∎ Prepare the Pro-forma Invoice according to the PO Sheet in favor of Buyer OR Buying House
∎ Placing booking to the Shipping Line & Freight Forwarders through Online & Manually for the execution of the Export.
∎ Follow up Shipment/Shipping Approval from Forwarder/Buyer
∎ Coordinate with CNF & Forwarder for Shipping Order
∎ Submission of BL draft to the forwarder through mail & online & confirmation the BL status with the forwarder and collection of the original BL
∎ Should be able to send/submit necessary documents to the buyer/buying house for issuance of IC, collection of IC & other related documents as well
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should be able to understand LC terms and conditions.
∎ Should be able to work with the Private & Government Authorities as required.
