Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vendor enlistment as per criteria (Visit warehouse/factory if required)
∎ Daily Local Purchase data maintain (Cash & Credit)
∎ Sourcing materials and Supplier locally by exploring the market and ensuring vendor development
∎ Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, doing technical evaluation, negotiating, preparing CS and taking approval for purchase.
∎ Preparing purchase orders/ work orders, follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
∎ Purchase of materials at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard in a minimum lead time
∎ Database maintain for proper monitoring & follow-up to ensure the purchase of Goods on scheduled time
∎ Checking all purchase Documents of Suppliers/Vendors to ensure the Error-Free Presentation
∎ On time submission of bills to Accounts to ensure smooth payment
∎ Directing all transportation activities(Negotiate, Bargaining, Monitor)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in both Bangla & English
∎ Good in documentation, Software based work & MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Ms-Power Point etc.)
∎ Fluent in email communication.
∎ Good Analytical Ability
∎ Capable to work in a team, Self-motivated & have good Convincing Power
∎ Background in manufacturing industries shall get preferences
∎ Knowledge about procurement process.
∎ Career Oriented, Hard working, Positive attitude
