∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export, Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the export order
∎ Prepare shipping documents
∎ Issue Phytosanitary, CO, SAFTA, EXP, GSP certificate
∎ Communicate with C&F, Bank and Forwarder
∎ Confirm BL draft and collect it
∎ Check C&F and Freight bill and arrange payment
∎ Follow up the payment with Bank
∎ Make delivery plan with export team and factory
∎ Open LC and maintain files
∎ Collect documents from bank
∎ Process customs clearance
∎ Keep record of all sample/ FOC clearance
∎ Process bill of vendors
∎ Update import statement
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report
∎ Any other task as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
