Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Diploma in Engineering (Architecture Technology) from any recognized Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate structural drawings from general verbal, written specification and hand sketch under direct supervision and guidance of Head of Department within specific deadline.
∎ Review design layouts (as and when required) to figure out incompatibility (if any) with fundamental design concepts and resolve accordingly.
∎ Must have flexibility to provide alternative design concept(s) to meet customer requirements.
∎ Make corrections (if feasible) of the drawings as per advice of the management/ landowner/ customer.
∎ Ensure up-to-date database of design records for future reference.
∎ Cooperate other team members (if required) to accomplish CAD drawing related task.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience from Architectural firm
∎ Sound knowledge of structural design principles
∎ Should have clear knowledge in landscape, plumbing/sanitary & electrical drawing
∎ Detail understanding of construction processes and methods
∎ Hands on experience on different types of software
∎ (Auto CAD, 3D modeling, 3D MAX, Photoshop etc.)
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Self motivated, self driven & hardworking
∎ Deadline oriented approach
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Well organized & disciplined
Salary: Negotiable
