∎ Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in land procurement of any reputed real estate company
∎ Have experience to procure high ended residential & commercial projects for premium customers
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ In depth knowledge of land related documents
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
∎ Experience Requirements

∎ Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information
