Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (Eng.) in Civil Engineering.
∎ Masters of Business Administration. (Optional)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of part estimate of project.
∎ Checking of contractor bill according to practical measurement.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and BOM for each project.
∎ Rate analysis for Non tender item according to market price.
∎ Preparation of budget for ongoing project.
∎ Ability to use CAD programs.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience working in the construction field in similar or related position.
∎ Use computer software to calculate estimates.
∎ Willingness to accept frequent field missions by using local transport.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Project's construction Bill preparation. Project scheduling.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate Building construction, High Voltage Transmission Line construction,
∎ Holding authentic certificates.
∎ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the direct supervision or development of large, complex real estate projects with responsibility for site analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design and construction coordination, and project scheduling.
∎ Must be computer literacy in the use of typical engineering software packages (e.g. ms excel, autocad, etc.).
∎ An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential.
∎ Professional skill in Mail correspondence.
∎ Contractor Bill Check, Part Estimate, Cost analyzing, Documentation skills, Vendor relationship.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on skill, experience and background.
