Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and coordinate School Board, Senior Leadership, and Academic Meetings.
∎ Liaise with Board Members and other stakeholders to effectively schedule meetings.
∎ Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of documents.
∎ Draft notices, letters, and Transfer Certificates as required by the Principal.
∎ Manage phone calls, appointments, and perform general secretarial duties efficiently.
∎ Coordinate NAPLAN Testing and WACE curriculum matters, maintaining correspondence with external curriculum authorities.
∎ Update and manage student files, students registers, and the registration of new students.
∎ Assist with the production of the annual yearbook, newsletters, concerts, and other events.
∎ Manage book orders, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory.
∎ Supervise the Front Receptionist and Support Staff, ensuring smooth office operations and managing office supplies.
∎ Liaise with parents regarding admissions and other inquiries, handling financial matters as needed.
∎ Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Principal.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Secretary/School Secretary to play a vital role in our institution, working directly under the supervision of the Principal.
