∎ North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Effective organisational skills, Market Research, Multi tasking ability, Office Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advance level of communication, Communication, Computer skill, email corresponding, email drafting, professional email
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, E-commerce, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Garments, Group of Companies, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Multinational Companies, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Software Company, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support high-ranking officials in our company. You will be the one to organize and maintain the Managing Director`s schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
∎ The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting email correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
∎ Plans coordinates & ensures that MD's schedule is followed & respected (Follow up year calendar; daily & weekly schedule)
∎ Maintain MD's agenda & assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
∎ Write speeches, and prepare memos & documentation on behalf of MD during various events of the Company, such as conferences, seminars, workshops, anniversaries etc. Provide all kinds of secretarial support such as conducting market research, project management, preparing reports and presentations for board meetings & prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Keep records of MD office documents & maintain a proper filing system with particular references.
∎ Travel arrangement for MD (visa processing, travel planning, booking airlines, booking accommodation & preparing TNA, Travel Itinerary as required.)
∎ Maintain daily cash book of MD office.
∎ Maintaining MD office housekeeping and inventories.
∎ Prepare TNA & WIP of ongoing projects.
∎ Any other relevant task as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
∎ Verbal and written communications in English
∎ Good knowledge of Brand promotion & E-commerce.
∎ Well-groomed, presentable appearance.
