Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in SCM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue packing material for production floor against reservation order.
∎ Prepare monthly PR in SAP based on sales forecast.
∎ Generate GRN for various packaging materials.
∎ Post material reservations in SAP for shop floor.
∎ Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
∎ Oversee day-to-day store activities, including receiving and dispatching.
∎ Monitor packaging item inventory, create Monthly Consumption Report.
∎ Perform checking of packing Materials shortage
∎ Receive packing materials from local supplier.
∎ Checking physical stock.
∎ Checking all purchasing material/good and record in SAP.
∎ Prepare packing material inventory & submit report to the supervisor.
∎ Prepare all kinds of requisition as per production target.
∎ Monthly Inventory IN/OUT report, dead stock report.
∎ Maintain & Develop FG & Raw material file & ERP software.
∎ Prepare all kinds of requisition as per production target.
∎ Maintain ERP (SAP) to factory MM & SD part, Prepare Purchase requisition, make receiving plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have to stay nearby factory.
∎ Proficiency in MS office is must.
∎ Must be able to work in SAP.
