Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from public universities.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, Solid works, Strong problem solving skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
mechanical maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all area work related to maintenance /engineering of plant and take care of all production machinery maintenance and utilities.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation, supervise machine erection and installation works.
∎ Responsible for installing and commissioning new machines according to requirements and performing initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.
∎ To prepare shop drawing for Machine layout, power supply, utility supply lines etc.
∎ To prepare comparative statements for purchase of generators, sub stations, electric cables, air Compressor pumps, fire protection system etc. and supervise the Installation.
∎ Planning and preparing Maintenance schedule.
∎ Ensure machine maintenance, i.e. break down maintenance, preventive maintenance etc. and proper functioning of all factory maintenance.
∎ Prepare RCA for major breakdown, reduce machine delay time, shutdown planning and execution.
∎ To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
∎ To coordinate and support factory heads to improve day to day Environmental Management system.
∎ To monitor and develop all policies and procedures regarding EMS, QMS & OHS.
∎ Implement ISO 19001, 14001 and 45001 for Maintenance department. Apply 5S and TPM at workplace and train up team members.
∎ Ensure compliance on-site safety Procedures Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work PTW & SOP development & review documentation as required.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years

∎ Candidate should have knowledge on planning, power generation-distribution, manufacturing process measurement, AC-VRF, chiller machines, compressor.
