Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ PGD-SCM is preferable.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Skills Required: SCM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase requisitions and document all the papers properly.
∎ Procure materials as per specification.
∎ Maintaining lead time for every order and adjusting advance or bills.
∎ Properly checking all bills and receipts and record in the software to specific project.
∎ Keeping good communication with suppliers physically, through E-mail and cell phone.
∎ Examine and scrutinize the quotations submitted by the suppliers.
∎ Visit the local market for keeping the records updated about the change of the price.
∎ Maintaining and updating suppliers, vendors and stakeholders information in a designated format.
∎ Be updated about the competitors purchasing information and SCM network/methodology.
∎ Conduct meeting with the potential suppliers to make list enriched for future reference.
∎ All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics.
