∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ You must have to be an expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word (Online & Offline).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business operations and decisions.
∎ Analyze commercial data such as budgets, costs, sales, operations, etc., and forecasts
∎ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward business goals.
∎ Prepare different kinds of reports and presentations as per business requirements.
∎ Support process control, management, and monitoring in areas like Sales, Operations, Production, etc.
∎ Develop & maintain different types of reporting dashboards as per requirement.
∎ Prepare business presentations as and when required.
∎ Visit the local market and collect quotations.
∎ Market visit and collect administrative products.
∎ All collected data will be handed over to the senior to finalize the quotation.
∎ Received product from the vendor and handed over to Admin department.
∎ Create a database and maintain all product received copies.
∎ Maintain good relationships with all company purchase requisitions and vendors.
∎ Maintain all hardcopy documents of SCM.
