∎ BioTech Services is a company dealing with sales & marketing, distribution and technical service support of medical diagnostics equipment and reagents at different diagnostics labs and hospitals in Bangladesh and well known for providing excellent service support to the valued clients. BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world-renowned brands -Sysmex Corporation-Japan, Roche Diagnostics-Switzerland, Arkray Corporation-Japan, Helena Biosciences Europe-UK, RR Mechatronics-The Netherlands.
∎ Assistant Manager/ Area Manager/Executives, who will work in Sales & Marketing team for mainly Sysmex and Roche brand products, increasing brand awareness and sales volume and accordingly provide after sales support & build up good relationship and communication with our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day sales & marketing activities of the organization and taking long-term strategy/ initiative.
∎ Develop sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
∎ Define customer segments, identify needs, prioritize markets and drive insights across the organizations into all areas of the market.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales activity reports and present to senior management.
∎ Identify, target and develop business relationships with the customers that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support & grow.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years experience in Marketing & Sales in similar field will be preferable. (for Executives position)
∎ Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply for this job.
∎ Professional and fluent skill in spoken and written English.
∎ Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.);
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/oversight.
∎ Must have good manner & patience to handle people and good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Ability to keep confidentiality where required, must be trusted & reliable to accomplish any given task.
