Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory
∎ Determine to support or assist customers after hours of operation
∎ Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up to date Daily and monthly reports of sales.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the superior
∎ Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with the highest level of professionalism.
∎ Set up positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management time to time
∎ Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
∎ Identify Selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, messaging using social media
∎ Understand the needs of your business customers
∎ Respond to incoming message and phone enquiries
∎ Record sales and order information or entering sales information into a computer system
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in E-Commerce platform will get preference
∎ A team worker who believes in team commitment
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS office applications must.
∎ Honest, Smart & Energetic in any atmosphere
∎ Setting mind to listen customer inquiry properly and to provide prompt resolution
∎ Good English Typing speed & negotiation skill is must
∎ Must have willingness to learn, vast communication, problem solving nature & leadership skill

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
