Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Medical Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
∎ Responsible to assist emergency treatment of the Super Home members.
∎ To provide first aid treatment to accidental members.
∎ Responsible for assisting in the transfer of emergency patients to hospital.
∎ Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
∎ Processing guest payments.
∎ Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
∎ Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
∎ Manage all communication with guests and ensure satisfaction at time of check out.
∎ Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
∎ Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
∎ Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
∎ Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
∎ Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Be well-groomed and presentable.
∎ Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis.
