Responsibilities & Context:

• Road & Vehicle Safety: Collect and analyze road safety data and present safety reports, inspections of vehicles, investigate road accidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures, safety training for drivers and road helpers.
• Safety Leadership: Foster a culture of safety by leading by example, promoting safety awareness, and providing necessary resources for training and audits.
• Compliance: Stay updated on safety regulations and ensure the organization's compliance by implementing necessary measures and regularly reviewing policies.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with vehicles, manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Emergency Preparedness: Establish comprehensive emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure employees and vehicle drivers & helpers are prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Security Measures: Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls, surveillance systems, and training programs to protect assets and personnel.
