Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position requires providing efficient service towards the customers, agents and corporate while also supporting sales with reservation, group desk & ticketing functions as front line executive for the organization including:
∎ Must be familiar with GDS/ Amadeus System
∎ Ensure customer & agent's satisfaction at Reservation & Ticketing counter, as well as performing tele sales to both.
∎ Make sure that customers are attended to properly, understanding their need, give them proper advise and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are properly handled according to the need of customers.
∎ Smooth handling of holiday packages, and coordinate group requests in support of Sales team.
∎ Smooth handling of reservation services, such as PNR confirmations, CPS checks, BC meals, DNB passenger accommodation etc.
∎ Maintaining flight statistics and Sales reports (BSP/Counter) for GSA/Airline management to reach Revenue & Operational targets.
∎ Provide proper supports to Airport check-in staffs for any issues/queries regarding PNRs and tickets
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Must be proactive with good interpersonal skill
∎ Good Communication skill ( oral & written)
