Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure inspection of all working areas & equipment's for cleanliness before starting manufacturing & packaging operations.
∎ Perform all in-process inspections during manufacturing & packaging operations as indicated in BMR & BPR respectively.
∎ To carry out analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Product as per STP.
∎ Maintain record of all in-process checks & findings.
∎ Report any deviation / mistake observed during manufacturing process or packaging operation to reporting supervisor and provide necessary instruction for immediate correction.
∎ Compile batch documents as per batch history check list for product release purpose.
∎ Collect QA retention samples from every batch as per schedule & preserve those properly.
∎ To ensure that micro lab area is kept in neat & clean condition. All the equipment's are maintained properly.
∎ Inspect market returned products & other non-conforming materials and submit report as instructed by the Reporting Supervisor
∎ Assist other QA personnel as directed by the immediate Superior
∎ Any other assignment given as and when requirements.
