Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -In process checking in granulation, compression, coating and packing area including documentation.
∎ -Collection of samples (i.e. Control sample, stability sample, Blend sample, finished product sample, wash water sample etc.) for analysis.
∎ -Routine cGMP auditing of each area for any non-conformity, CAPA implementation and reporting.
∎ -Handling, review and monitoring of process validation, cleaning validation and equipment qualification/re-qualification activities.
∎ -To review documents like BMR/BPR, SOP etc. and find out any non-conformance for correction and reporting.
∎ -Withdrawal, Storage, Physical Inspection, Issuance and destruction of Control Sample of Drug Products
∎ -Final Inspection and Batch Release of Finished products.
∎ -To co-ordinate with manufacturing department in controlling their process and products at every stage of manufacturing to meet the established specifications through in-process checking and reporting
∎ -Handling and reporting of any rejection
∎ -To perform any assigning task by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 4-6 years experience in the similar positions in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Self-management including: Ability to prioritize own work load, able to work independently, committed to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
Salary: Negotiable
