Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project team in verification of work executed against bills submitted by Vendors.
∎ Track and mark attendance of daily labour force engaged by team at site.
∎ Prepare daily labour bills for submission to accounts department.
∎ Assist the Stores Executive in verifying the stock received at site, based on purchase request raised by project team.
∎ Raise purchase request with necessary justification and approvals on behalf of project team.
∎ Verify status of work completion before submission of bills for approvals.
∎ Ensure timely submission of bills to accounts department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Prefer Experience in hospital project.
∎ Ability to work independently.
