Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, phasing, construction sequencing and project scheduling of all Civil, MEP & HVAC system.
∎ Analysis of structural design, preparing BOQ, material specifications and budget.
∎ Vendor sourcing, Quotation evaluation and rate analysis of all Civil works.
∎ Handling material requisitions & vendor's bill.
∎ Monitor and control the activities of all consultants & contractors.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
