Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/EEE, preferably from any reputed university;
∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Excellent communication skill, leadership and negotiation

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to design project, development of equipment specifications, optimization of capital utilization, and sourcing the right engineering solutions for the strategic capital projects;
∎ Analyze, plan and track project phases and activities, and communicate the timelines/milestones/ goals on a regular basis to management, the project team and other stakeholders;
∎ Support the Site Head by helping monitor project scope, timelines, budget & milestones;
∎ Explore new sources and technologies to implement new technology in production and other laboratory techniques to ensure updated regulatory requirement;
∎ Provide technical support in sourcing of Lab equipment, Process equipment, Service Machineries etc.;
∎ Coordinate with third party vendors as required to complete the project activities in alignment with purchasing and technical team;
∎ Develop Project sourcing strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;
∎ Technical evaluation, sourcing and identifying reliable suppliers and vendors;
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms;
∎ Monitor the delivery schedule of the project by closely working with the Supply Chain Management (Pharma & Group)

∎ The ability to forge strong internal and external partnerships coupled with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Experience in using project management or SCM software and tools;
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
