Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
∎ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
∎ Providing administrative support as needed.
∎ Undertaking project tasks as required.
∎ Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
∎ Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
∎ Follow up the day to day progress of activities at the field level.
∎ Ensure the successful and timely implementation of project activities, including the accuracy of financial and logistic aspects.
∎ Work in close coordination with the project coordinator. Conduct site visits to the activities and share challenges with the project coordinator on time.
∎ Monitoring of all project activities and Make sure the activities reach the targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Collect and share successful stories and other supporting documents that reflect the progress of project activates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working in connection of Energy Sector experience will be given preference.
∎ Should have patience to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and liaison skills are mandatory.
