∎ Work Station: Rupshi, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with consultants, vendors and site team
∎ Coordinate with SCM, TSD, F&A and Internal Audit
∎ Generate BOQ and assist in tendering process
∎ Prepare Budget and review with cost
∎ Process material requisition as per requirement
∎ Prepare and review progress reports
∎ Vendor's bill verification & process accordingly
∎ Maintain documentation properly
∎ Supervise construction and other related works
∎ Review the drawing design & develop work methodology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' relevant experience is mandatory
∎ Civil budgeting, Contractor handling and site management skill is preferable
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office specially in MS Excel
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
