∎ Graduation or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work experience in the field of Interior Fit-out Works Supervision Good quality of finishing work
∎ Take measurements and prepare a general layout after visiting a site Good working Knowledge of Auto Cad
∎ Responsible for Site Execution, monitoring daily progress, quality control Material used at site should be as per specifications
∎ Maintain day to day record of work progress at site Maintain Daily Progress chart and other related documents for reporting and records
∎ He should be good in handling vendor & labor at site. Knowledge of BOQ item with specifications
∎ He is required to handle the General supervision on side
∎ This position is responsible for day to day maintenance operation
∎ To provide maintenance support to all restaurants at Circle level for smooth operation.
∎ Monitoring Temp compliance, Diesel pilferage & Electricity unit usage
∎ Ensuring Cold room temperature compliances
∎ Improving power factor
∎ Finding and implementing energy saving initiatives to reduce electricity consumption
∎ Ensuring Preventive Maintenance of the equipment and machines
∎ Resolving Help Desk Complaints within the TAT
∎ Break Down Analysis
∎ Ensuring Refrigeration Compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Proficiency in English will highly preferable
∎ Experience in MNC/ Fast food chain shop are highly preferable
Salary: Negotiable
