Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of structural design, preparing BOQ, Material specifications and budget.
∎ Vendor sourcing, phasing, construction sequencing
∎ Planning phasing, construction sequencing and project scheduling of all Civil, MEP & HVAC systems.
∎ Handling of materials requisitions and vendor’s bill. Periodic project reporting.
∎ Direct, monitor and control the activities of all consultant and contractors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge in structural analysis software, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
∎ Training on Project Management would get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
