Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan and execute complying with process parameter.
∎ Resource allocation and management to implement the production plan.
∎ Supervise and monitor daily production activity of Rice milling & packing.
∎ Controlling the overall production to achieve the maximum output of the shift by upkeeping machines, motivating employees and minimizing wastages.
∎ Monitoring production KPIs regularly and develop action plan to achieve.
∎ Awareness build-up and train employee regarding GMP, GHP and OHS.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Industrial and Production/ Food Process Engineering
∎ Training on GMP, GHP, FSMS, Productivity and OHAS is preferable.
∎ 1-2 years experience in any food industries in similar position will be given preference.
∎ The candidate must be interested to work in Dinajpur.
Salary: Negotiable
