Job Responsibilities:
∎ Competent in Semi Solid and Oral Liquid dosage forms Manufacturing and Packaging.
∎ Organize commissioning considering Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification of all necessary production machineries in respective work center.
∎ Preparation, review and implementation of required SOPs, EOPs and all related GMP documents for Production Department.
∎ Get ready production floor for regulatory inspections.
∎ Work center wise capacity analysis of respective machine for phase wise product launching in time.
∎ Monitoring of necessary man-power, machineries, accessories and ensure their availability.
∎ Supervise and enhance the investigation to find out the hidden root cause of any deviation/ incidence and risk assessment.
∎ Ensure data integrity in every stage of production operation.
∎ Ensure smooth production operation to fulfill the market demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Should have ERP, EBMR, EBPR knowledge.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to correspond with internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
